Kepler, K2 Main Tables

We summarize some of the most commonly used tables below. Other, smaller tables include tables like "confirmed_planets", "eclipsing_binary_catalog", and "kepler_koi" tables. You can see all available tables by visiting the "MyDB" tab and then choose "Kepler" from the drop-down menu in the top-left.

Table Descriptions
Table Name Description
k2_epic Table containing the EPIC catalog of potential targets in K2 fields.
k2_ktc_epic_science_v Combines the EPIC table with observed quantities like CDPP, contamination, start/end times, etc.
kepler_input_catalog Kepler Input Catalog, as delivered by the mission.
kepler_stellar17 Most recent stellar parameters, from Huber et al.
kepler_ktc_kic_science_v Combines the KIC with observed quantities like CDPP, contamination, start/end times, etc.
keplerObjectSearchWithColors Combines the KIC with other catalog parameters added by MAST.
